Validity: Returns are accepted within  1- 3 days of purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges are no longer applicable.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

No Refunds for:

Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).

Items returned beyond the 4‑day window.

Refunds:

Once inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

If delayed, allow up to 72 hours for funds to reflect. Contact your bank first, then reach us at info@phonesspareparts.ng if unresolved.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged before delivery.

Shipping for Returns:

Customers cover their own return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable and will be deducted from any refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
